Resurrected Duggan's Brewery out of the early 2000s. Owner has kept his hand in with a number of LCBO listings and stayed active on the local brewing/restaurant scene in the meantime. Bringing back a lot of old familiar brews and adding a bunch of new stuff. New location at 1346 Queen Street W., part of the on-going remake of some of the scruffier bit's of Toronto's Parkdale neighbourhood which is becoming a happening part of town.
Not off to a bad start. Rotating selection of brews to extend their core line up, a lot a familiar brews, and a lot of new experimental stuff. Short simple menu, but some interesting enough stuff happening. As of this writing, 1/2 price starters during happy hour 4-6 on Tuesdays and Wednesday. Flights of beer available to go the sampling route.
Fairly austere hard edged looking interior, lots of metal, wood, glass and mirrors (don't turn right and walk purposefully into the next room, which is really a full wall mirror). We weren't there in the presence of a crowd, just a couple other folks and the jazz band setting up, so don't know what the feel of a roomful.
Decent enough first visit, will try again and update my comments.

Went here recently and it surpassed my expectations. Awesome layout, similar in look to the old location, but with a warmer feel. Place was packed from 8pm until we left. Service at the bar was outstanding - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and they’re happy to let you sample. Had the chicken crackle, trout plate, and jerk fried chicken to eat; everything was delicious. Food prices are also very reasonable. The current draft list is more conservative than I’d prefer, but I enjoyed the IPA, Hefeweizen, and Dry Stout. Hopefully they bring back the London Porter, German Pils, and Kolsch at some point, as those were my favourite beers at the old spot. Anyway, it’s great to see Duggan’s back, and I’ll definitely be returning. Worth a crawl.
