Stopped here for some dinner one night, and decided to eat at the bar since I didn't have a reservation. The bar is in the left side of the restauant off the entrance and is a big long wooden-heavy bar with a white granite bar top that can seat about 15. This is more of a wine centric bar as there are only 6 beers on draft here nothing too noteworthy.
The service was very upscale professional, not that friendly laid back style you would get in a casual bar. This place focuses on tapas, and ordering a few small plates and a pint is very enjoyable. The food was outstanding. If you are a foody this is a great stop in town, but don't come here for beer only.
If you're looking for a top-end restaurant in downtown Philly that serves good beer - this may be your place.
Had dinner on a Saturday night - early were the only reservations we could get. Atmosphere is modern, dimly lit. Bar to the right when you enter, along with a front room of tables, with a hallway leading past the open kitchen to another back dinning room with more tables.
The beer list is short, but quality. The draft beers are all American craft beer, and the bottle list is Spanish craft beer. The Spanish bottles are pricey, but a tried a few as I've never seem them elsewhere.
Food is top- notch Spanish tapas. Excellent, and actually prices weren't too bad for the quality. Our waiter was helpful to answer questions about drinks and food, and service was very good.
