The colour is gold, the liquid cloudy. The two fingers head is white and compact, and it sinks quickly down to a thin lid leaving no lacing on the glass.

The smell is bitter-sweet with exotic fruits (mango, pineapple, melon) and some sour fruit drops. Orange juice in the background.

The taste is bitter with passing earthy notes of raw potatoes, unripe exotic fruits, citric acid and lime juice. Sticky sweetness in the background. Medium to full body. The aftertaste brings growing hot alcohol, chemical bitterness and plastic phenols. Dough, alcohol, earth and bitter orange juice in the finish.

The carbonation is medium strong, the short-lived bubbles mid-sized. The liquid is semi-smooth and somewhat harsh.

Not the worst AIPA I have had, but it is unbalanced and there are some off-flavours.

Pours a hazy, bright golden-orange color with a decent, froth head.

Smells of a profound toffeeish maltiness among juicy orange and a pleasant, limey dankness. Orange is huge in this, and it has a honeyed peak to it, while lime pulp adds a great, refreshing depth to them. While not incredibly complex, the nose is very intriguing, as for its focussed, utmost juicy and well composed orange character.

Has a higher, effervescent carbonation with a distinct mineralic quality to it. While the hops remain enjoyable mild on the palate, they do not get overpowered by malts, but find their balance in the mineralic stony flavor.

Tastes of leaf coated white bread, which turns a tad prickly, as hops turn more profound, making their orange juice quality more and more recognizable. While getting balanced by more bread, the beer turns very mineralic, making this a tad to bubbly and soda pop like, while orange remains noteable on the palate. Finishes fizzy, with lemon getting added to the orange fruitiness and toffee malts, providing a pricky, short bitterness, ending a bit watery.

The hop bill in this turns out to be very mild, while the beer has a harsh mineralic quality at the same time, which distracts especially during the finish.
