One of the best flavored stouts I have had in a long time. It tastes and smells true to its name (chocolate, graham, and marshmallow notes). I typically prefer CO² to Nitro, but didn't mind it for a beer with heavy marshmallow notes that is meant to taste a feel creamy. The 10% alcohol content is sneaky and we'll hidden. Overall, a fantastic dessert beer that can be enjoyed any season of the year.

One of my absolute favorite milk stouts. Pours a creamy head from the nitro. Delicious flavors of Graham cracker, chocolate with a hint of marshmallow. It drinks extremely easy for 10% abv

Pours black with a 1/2 finger tan head. Smells like chocolate, cocoa, graham cracker, and vanilla. Tastes just like it smells. Medium bodied, creamy, and smooth. Very easy to drink. Well made.

It's hard to beat a Nitro Milk Stout"s thick creamy smooth head.
Chocolatey Gramcracker goodness thru and thru. Somewhat heavy on the sweetness.
I can't remember an easier brew to consume.
Overall I did'n realy want a 9.6 oz pour. I understand the nitro charge takes up some volume but if this was in a 16 oz can it would yield about a 12 oz pour . . . Now we'er talking.

Had on tap at Shalimar Cheers, in Shalimar, FL. This was an amazing beer! It has graham cracker, vanilla and chocolate all oozing out in the aromas and flavors. Even so, the base stout character remains identifiable and delicious. Wow!

Nitro S'mores pours black with a big, frothy tan head. The aroma is filled with gram crackers and vanilla. The flavor has just a hint of smoke, a sweet gram cracker, a hint of bitter chocolate, and lots of vanilla. Great feel. Overall, more vanilla-forward smores but has great big flavors, so creamy.

Appearance: Pours a completely dark color, foamy with a massive thick, tan head. SRM of 24. (4.25)

Aroma: Strong aromas of chocolate, wafer, strudel, graham cracker, with some malty sweetness

Flavor: Strong and rich flavors of milk chocolate, graham cracker, wafer with a light vanilla note. Then a smooth and soft bread and marshmallow sweetness. Some graham cracker and hint of cinnamon linger.

Feel: Medium-bodied, strong nitro with a soft, smooth and creamy body. Incredibly smooth. (4.25)

Overall: A nice imperial stout here. Drinks just as described. Milk chocolate, wafer, strudel, graham cracker spice with a soft, and smooth malt body only described as marshmallow. Maybe it's not marshmallow flavor specifically but the nitro provides a softness that definitely feels like marshmallow. Smores flavors with the marshmallow mouthfeel. Works very well here. Excellent. (Rating: 4.22)

I created an account just to review this specific beer. I’m not going tell you about the color, the head, etc. just the flavor. I was hoping to get STBC’s Pumking, but they’re already entirely sold out everywhere. I grabbed this S’mores Stout instead.

This is my new favorite beer. I hadn’t drank beer in 3 years, and since trying this last week I’ve drank one every night since. When I get off work I cannot wait to come home and crack one of these open. It’s equally good out of the can as it is in a glass. Equally good at room temp as it is cold.

I’ve had chocolate stouts before and this is fairly similar, but way better. It’s not too sweet even though the description makes it sound like it would be. While it doesn’t actually taste like s’mores, it does taste FANTASTIC. The flavor makes me feel like I’m sitting next to a campfire.
My only gripe is the price, which breaks down to nearly $4 for a 9.6oz can. It is heavenly though, so it’s still worth it. I hope STBC keeps cranking these out. It will be a very sad day when I can’t find it anymore.

Look: Instantly poured from a 9.6 fl oz can into a beer glass, dark brown look with a slight head. Lacing on the glass as the foam goes down.
Smell: Wow, this is definitely one of the best beer smells I’ve ever tasted. It reminds me of Left hands peanut butter milk stout. I’m not to sure how it’s going to taste as left hands tasted a bit artificial for me but I’m getting huge notes of chocolate, s’mores and more chocolate.
Taste: Wow!! The taste tastes exactly like it advertises. Big chocolate s’mores taste with maybe hints of a peanut butter feel as well. Well crafted!!
Feel: the nitro makes it easy to drink but the feel on the mouth is about light to medium bodied. Very well for a 10%.
Overall: I’ve heard about this beer before and figured it was worth the 15$ I spent and you bet it was. I’d buy this again in the near future as well because this beer definitely met and rose above my expectations. It’s sweet, s’mores tasting, chocolatey. This beer is amazing!!!

Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is solid black, nitro presents a head that is super dense and tan in color, initial depth of 1/4 of inch, then lacing on the glass sides.

Smell is big graham cracker, more limited chocolate and roasted malt, some vanilla, no marshmallow.

Taste again big graham cracker, a bit more chocolate and roasted malt than aroma, some vanilla, background thick sweetness that is not really marshmallow but kind of viscous and sweet like dark chocolate syrup.

Mouthfeel is low carbonation/smooth nitro, moderate/strong sweetness, low bitterness and low boozy drying.

Overall a big chocolate-graham cracker beer - I don't get the marshmallow aroma/flavor but i do get some vanilla.

Black body with a long lasting, thick & creamy tan head. It smells like Twinkies, the junk food snack that supposedly lasts forever. Slightly sweet. Flavor: it does taste like a s’more, lots of vanilla, with milk chocolate, Graham cracker, marshmallows & malt. The nitro makes a massive contribution to it creamy feel although it’s feels thinner than expected. The mouth didn’t detect any alcohol but the stomach did. Overall, a great pastry stout.

Served in a twku glass from 9.6oz can.

Appearance: Medium bubbles creating a somewhat thick tan head rising three quarters of an inch off the body.

Smell: Sweet vanilla aroma which hovers the nostrils and feels like I'm breathing in a mocha infused yellow cake.

Taste: The taste granted not bad, a pastry nitro stout which has an artificial feel to it...reminds me of the dragons milk series. It's sweet with chocolate vanilla and barely any marshmallow note.

Mouth: has a very soft carbonation and it's ridiculously sticky but overly sweet in my opinion. The sweet finish might be intriguing to some but has a flat feel and seems almost like an artificial sugar was used.

Overall: for the price of the brew it was worth it but considering they are better pastry imperial stouts out there. Salud!

Nitro poured, so the head is amazing (that's what she said) and sticks around forever. Definite notes of cocoa and vanilla. High ABV, but the alcohol is not front or back. This one could sneak up on you. The graham cracker is very light, but adds to the sweetness. This is a definite sipper. Served at about 50 degrees in a tulip glass.
