Southern Tier is thrilled to partner for Year 3 with our WNY neighbor, Perry’s Ice Cream! Our newest Imperial Ale is inspired by one of Perry’s newest flavors: Cherry Pie. With notes of tart cherry, sweet vanilla, and rich, flakey crust, Southern Tier’s Cherry Pie brings all the deliciousness STBC is famous for!

Pours a hazy gold. Thin foam. Sweet cherry aroma. Cherry and pie crust body. Light bitter finish. Sweet but not too sweet. Very drinkable. Tastes so good make an old man cry.

A - Medium gold colored pour with a light cherry hue and no lacing, carbonation is non-existent.
S - Sugary cherry aroma with some faint vanilla.
T - Cherry, vanilla, and a slight bit of cream lurking in the background. Ends on the sweeter side with some minimal bitterness to counterbalance. Leaves a big sugary residue on the lips.
M - Light syrupy body with sprightly, gentle carbonation on the tongue.
O - I'm not diabetic but I think I just became one.
