Pours a crystal clear golden yellow.

Slight pine, citrus peels, light biscuity sweetness.

Fresh grains, biscuity, citrus zest, and subtle grassy notes.

Light-bodied, medium carbonation, earthy and slightly citrusy.

Overall, I definitely enjoyed the double more than this, but it's still solid.

This was presented as a nitro tap, but it seems to be very lacking in nitro upon looking at it. A shirt white head of micro bubbles sits atop a gold clear beer. Nose starts with herbal hop notes paired with lemon and grassy notes. Some bready grains present as well. Taste is smooth with moderate bitterness, some pine notes, and a touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy which I'm sure the nitro has influenced. Overall, I like the texture of the nitro IPA , but it seems that some of the aromatics are sacrificed.

Poured into a tulip, this is a bright light golden colour, with nice soapy film and lace, really clear with a lot of visible carbonation action. 4

S – a full kick of pine, eucalyptus, resiny hops, a bit nutty, honey, some light malt character maybe but this is all piney hop forward and so mouthwatering. 4

T – a bitter pine start, pine needles, with a hint of caramel, a dry nuttiness, and a really smooth pine transition showing some rough grapefruit edges and orange, lots of hop character and more fruits move in with pear, pineapple, ending with a biscuit and bitter dryness. Mellow floral hops with a bracing resiny finish. Long lingering aftertaste. 4

M – actually quite balanced with a refreshing bite to it, the hoppy opening is a touch hot but works well as more malt comes in. Really sessionable and a good feel for a strong IPA, lots of carbonation but not too noticeable. 3.75

A classic east coast style IPA with a really dominant pine/resin/sappy character. Some citrus as well but its rough and tart, I like this overall, some malt to it as well to balance the body out. Definitely a nice IPA, but it didn’t strike me as far and way superior to a number of other really tasty ipas, and it could be kicked up and made more interesting. A tasty treat from southern tier. 3.75

12oz. bottle dated 9/25, poured into a tumbler glass

A- A perfectly translucent honey/gold, with a lovely finger of bright white head. Fantastic lacing.

S- Very hop forward, orange/lemon, a hint of grapefruit and pine. Almost minty/floral component to the hops as well.

T- A light crackery malt with mild honey sweetness gives way to the showcase of hops. Orange and lemon peel, slightly minty/floral with a grapefruit bitterness. Pretty straightforward, good ol' IPA here.

M - Medium bodied, a touch dry, and the bitterness lingers on the roof of the mouth a little long.

O- A solid, staple, go-to IPA. Nothing amazingly over the top, but certainly solid, and delicious.

A-clear dark gold in color with a off white head that laces the glass nicely
S-hops with grapefruit and has a little sweet smell
T-hop is the main taste whick fades to a dry grapefruit aftertaste. The malts are in this but do not come to the forefront until the finish
M-medium carbonation with medium body
O- hops is there but not over powering and the malts do not come in until the finish. Very good beer
