I won a 4pck of this from winning my Fantasy football league from Kegs. It poured a hazy yellow with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had noyce tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with mango and tangerine presence . The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

16oz can, date stamped 09/08/19. Hazy yellow pineapple juice colored body with a frothy ivory head. Juicy tropical aroma: passion fruit, zesty citrus, and green grassy hop. Flavors are bold, juicy, tart, and zesty with notes of guava & passion fruit, grapefruit, pine, grass, lemon-lime. Full, creamy body with mild resinous piney bitterness sticking to the palate; soft carbonation, and a bittersweet and tart finish. Very good NEIPA overall.

An interesting can. The whole top comes off allowing you to take in the tropical and slightly piney aroma while drinking rather than losing a portion of that wonderful nose during pouring. I had to see it so drank half each way. This is as opaque as a New England gets and looks (and smells) like orange pineapple juice, with other tropical delights. This taste is milder in comparison but did not disappoint, a slight tartness balanced this out and a hair of musty dankness on the finish.
I couldn't drink two, but that is because the weight and mouthfeel are deceptively heavy for the ABV. Do give it a go.

16 oz. can, BBD: 12/18
Opaque dark orange juice pour, thin layer of foam with little to no lacing.
Juicy tropical aroma, on the sweet side, mango and pineapple.
Sweet fruit juice, mango, pineapple, orange. A little tart oddly enough, not unlike a sour gummy worm.
The twangy tartness was a little weird, otherwise it was sweet and full bodied. Finished it but didn't want another.

After the wonderfully hazy and murky orange juice like pour, and the smell of full ripe tropical, citrus, banana, and hops, my mouth was watering to taste. But the taste just felt bland in comparison. Hop bitterness cuts through fine, the fruits are very soft, focusing more of mango, orange, and a kiss of grapefruit, but nothing was bold in either bitterness or tang. Still a good beer, but I just kept sipping hoping for more.

This maybe my favorite of the gummy series. Very hazy with the smell of citrus, berries and even some pine. The taste was lots of citrus up front, orange and passion fruit, and very little bitterness at the end. Another excellent NE IPA from Noon Whistle.

Very similar to noon whistles other ne ipas. Finish is definitely hoppier that the other ones I’ve had. Prefer the gummy vortex or gummy apocalypse. Still good just not their best in my opinion.

Pours a very hazy orange yellow with a thick finger of plump white foam.

Citrus dominant with notes of orange and grapefruit, with a bit of sweetness.

Citrus fruit comes strong in flavor as well and dominates.

Medium-bodied low-medium carbonation, soft, smooth.

Overall, a delicious brew and right on style.

Very descriptive beer. Looks and tastes rather like a cloudy, semi sweetened freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Can't taste the alcohol (which it has plenty of), and seems like a good afternoon tipple... But you will end up taking a nap if you are not careful!

Very enjoyable, looking forward to (carefully) knocking back a few over the summer.

16 oz can, drink by 2/20/2018. I think this is about 4 weeks old

Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe

Just about as good of an example of a NEIPA that you can find. Extremely soft and clean, not much bitterness. Hardly any alcohol presence and not overly yeasty like a lot in this style are.

L: Opaque, fresh squeezed orange juice
S: Juicy, sweet, definitely some gummy
T: starts sweet, honey & citrus with an unexpected dry almost sourish finish.
F: medium body, not over carbonated, not quite as crisp as I like
O: Really good beer, different than other IPAs I have had, really enjoyed, would recommend

Tap

Pours hazy orange yellow. White lacing for a head.

Smells of grapefruit, orange, passion fruit, and sourdough bread.

Tastes of sourdough bread and crackers mixed with fresh citrus and passion fruit. Fresh grapefruit hop finish.

Medium body with stinging carbonation on the tongue.

Really nice NEIOA, lots of good refreshing flavor. Definitely worth trying.

Look: minimal head, almost no lacing.

Smell: tropical, citrus, fruit

Taste: starts out very good with loads of tropical fruit and citrus. Unfortunately as this one warms up it becomes a sweet mess. This beer used to be good and balanced. IPAS (of any style) should have a certain amount of bitterness to counter the sweetness. This one does not.

Feel: swing and a miss. There's little creaminess, which is the most important aspect of a NE Style IPA.

Overall: the quality of Noon Whistle has really gone down hill over the past year. I am willing to give them another chance. But I do believe they should go back to their roots of session ales.

Canned mid June. Good beer, but might be the weakest of the Gummies I've had so far. Best thing is how it looks- big haze, thick foam, constant lacing. Mildly dank hoppy smell. Taste is even lighter, with a slight bitterness and citrusy flavor fighting it out on the back end. Smooth, slight alcohol presence.

Look: Cloudy. Orange in color. About a finger of white foamy head. Very light lacing.

Aroma: Tons of citrusy hops. Has a traditional dry hop smell as well.

Taste: Delicious, Very typical New England IPA taste with perfect balance. The hops stand out without being too bitter. Orange and grapefruit flavors also accompany the hoppiness. Overall, a very juicy IPA.

Feel: Medium carbonation. Again, pretty typical for the style. Slightly refreshing, but definitely has that mildly dry finish as well. Very balanced, and easy to drink for IPA lovers.

L - I can't get over the nanner of this beer or the brewery. Ridiculous. Pours a moderate orange haze. Not completely shaded, but satisfyingly enough.

S - lemon and grapefruit, mostly the rind. Some tropical stickiness with orange slice candy. Tangerine sugar.

T - hand-squeezed orange juice, or rather clementine juice. Something a bit sweeter. Candied papaya and cane sugar. Sugar is the name of the game. Seems NEIPAs actually from the region are bursting with juicy fruit flavor, and the Midwest variety is sugary and sweet. Leaves a sticky, oozing feeling on the tongue. Gives the impression of being far heavier than 7.1%.

F - medium in feel. Complements the beer nicely and actually adds refreshment to the sticky sugary mess. Uplifting.

O - Noon Whistle reminds me of meat whistle and that makes me laugh. It's an adorable-sounding beer and what's that? Oh right, the beer itself. It's heavy, it's cloying, it's delicious. If you're looking for a nice sugary dessert beer, this is your jam.

12 oz draft pour into a goblet displays a hazy opaque orange colored body and sports a quickly dissipating 1/8in whitish head.
Aroma is grapefruit, pineapple and slight onion.
Flavor is all juicy citrus.
Mouthfeel is full juice.
Overall a good beverage, just not my style.

Look is dirty , hazy dark straw color. A very vigorous pour yields only 1 finger of white head.

Smell is big citrus like grapefruit and pineapple. Also maybe some lime or something else lurking.

Taste follows nose. Big grapefruit and a hint of sweet pineapple.

Feel is somewhat unusual here. It's soft and creamy yet somehow feels thin. Its not bad just odd to try to describe.

Overall a really nice NE style ipa coming out of the Midwest. These guys do sours very well and looks like they know their way around ipas as well.

Canned 6/15/17. Drank 6/15/17 from a Noon Whistle "can glass".

L: Pours a dark straw or light orange. Not a ton of head.
S: Ripe fruit.
T: Hops that are a little softer than citrus. A tad bit of onion that balances out the fruit.
F: About the only thing I could complain on - and it's not really a complaint. Just a little thinner than the best versions of this style.
O: I really enjoyed this one. It's the second one they've canned and both have been borderline home runs for me.
