On-tap at the 2014 Hopocalypse release. Reviewed from notes.

A: Pale lightly cloudy yellow urine color with a faint bubbly white collar of a head.
S: Same hop profile as hopocalypse but very muted, pale and faint. Mild pine and citrus rind.
T: Tons of crackery malt come through. Very fresh and crisp tasting but it’s got a low hop profile. Smells like the grain spent after a brew session, which I guess it is. Definitely crackery and crispy tasting with biscuit malt and dough in finish. Not much hops, but some nice pine and faint citrus pith poke through.
M: Fuzzy carbonation, light body and light and smooth mouthfeel.
O: Nose is crackery and almost all malt. Pretty light even from a pale ale stand point. There’s nothing offensive about this beer, and I definitely wouldn’t mind drinking a good amount of it on a hot day or with a meal, but as a standalone beer, it’s nothing special.

A: Moderately strong hoppy aromas of citrus, dank, and light pine, moderate fruity yeast and faint malt.

A: Light yellow, totally opaque with a thin white head that quickly forms a light film over the glass.

T: Moderately hoppy upfront with citrus, dank, light pine, followed by light malt grains and a very light hop bitterness on the finish.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and moderately juicy mouthfeel.

O: Tasty; the beer has a solid hoppy aromas and flavors that make the beer very sessionable.
