22oz bottle dated 12/14/16 poured into a tulip
A: Hazy burnt orange with a 1.5 finger head
S: Juicy tropical fruit, grapefruit, pineapp!e, a hint of pine
T: Full of pineapple, some additional tropical fruit and citrus
M: Full-bodied, juicy and balanced
O: A tasty DIPA, more pineapple than I've ever tasted in a pale ale

22 bomber in pint glass.

L: Pours a cloudy, gold with a 1-finger head. Average head retention and some nice lacing.

S: Strong citrus nose with pineapple being the most pronounced.

T/F: Definitely strong on the hops and a little malt to balance it out and add some sweetness. It is a 9.6% ABV, and you can taste some of that up front. Bitter finish, and maybe a little too much bitterness at the end. Medium body.

O: Solid DIPA.

Bottle poured into a Drake's Brewing Co pint glass

A: Pours golden orange amber with a frothy khaki head that settles to a firm layer and laces very nicely.

S: Tropical fruit and citrus, mango, pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit, pine, lightly toasted bready malt, and caramel/honey sweetness.

T: Massive juicy citrus and tropical fruit, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, guava, apricot, some pine, a little peppery spice, lightly toasted bready malt, and caramel/honey sweetness. (Can get a bit cloyingly sweet.)

M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, holds its % very well.

O: Was finally able to get my hands on a fresh bottle of this one. My goodness, what a delicious monster! Absolutely fantastic hoppy kick to the dome.
