Pours an extremely hazy, peach pulp colored color with a gigantic, spongy head to it.

Offers a fantastic fruitiness on the nose, consisting of mango, papaya, passion fruit and lemon peel, which successfully adds a little zing to the fruit sweetness. Water melon and unripe tangerine add to the complexity of this, gently skimmed by a wheaty, tart note. I am completely floored by how well this combines a rustic farmhouse appearance with a plethora of juicy hops, this smells awesome.

Refreshing, spritzy from the very first moment, due to its vivid, high carbonation, lemon bitterness and tart acidity. This combination is far away from overpowering the palate though, since the beer is able to provide an outstanding yeast smoothness, straightening out the various flavors on the palate.

Begins with unripe lemon zest, a stony minerality and a light acidity among straw and wet grass. Now more and more lemon pulp gets squeezed right onto the palate, establishing a tongue puckering sourness, with papaya, orange zest and some straw cutting through. Malts create a faint sweetness after the swallow, into which a lactic acidity gets entangled, while the lemon produce a carefully build dryness, adding to the high sourness, with a flowery leaf note on top.

Truly unique, palate challenging and awesomely well brewed beer, convincing throughout. Its hop richness from the nose gets well integrated into the taste, adding to the sour qualities, creating an unforseen flavour richness.

When pouring the beer, you get a hazy yellow-colored beer with thick white foam.
The foam comes up fine, and leave traces in the glass.
Relatively much carbon dioxide which bubbles so fine.
Lots of fresh fruit aromas, but also a little funky odor.
You are greeted by crowds of Lemon, behind one finds little orange.
You are greeted by a crisp taste of lemon.
After going a little orange and apricot, a little yeast, spices.
The beer is a little sour and refreshing.
I started drinking the beer when it was refrigerator cold.
When the lemon was pretty intense so it took a little while to drink.
Over time, beer was warmer and the lemon flavor came up even more.
In the end, it just tasted freshly squeezed lemon juice, and it became too much.

33 cl bottle from Systembolaget in Sweden. ABV: 5.3 % Batch: 2 Best before: January 27 - 2017.

Hazy, light yellow beer with a three finger high, white head that leaves lacing on the glass.

Nose: Orange, lemon, lemon curd, mango, hay, funky yeast, a lot of tropical notes here!
Taste: Sour, citrus, lemon, papaya and some sweet malty backbone.
Mouthfeel: Medium body. High carbonation. VERY refreshing and tasty!
Conclusion: A very tasty Saison with a nice sour-sweet mouthfeel. The body doesn't match the beautiful and complex nose but still a very good beer - Especially for the summer!
