De Zombier. En copa Teku. En almuerzo, tras partido de futbito, con tortilla de patatas y fileton de ternera. 14 meses tras fecha de consumo preferente. El tiempo la ha dejado dulzona y resinosa pero sin salirse del tiesto y manteniendo buen contrapunto amargo al final. Mucha espuma pero no da sensacion de sobrecarbonatacion en boca sino mas bien suavidad
