Very Good
Notes: This is a BIG West Coast style DIPA with loads of kettle hops and a healthy dry hop! Coming in at 8% ABV and 100+ IBU’s, It’ll bite ya if you’re not careful.

Perfectly clear; beautiful straw-colored beer with lots of bubbles constantly rising through. Creamy white head. Visually, it could be a Pilsner. Herbal and grassy hops almost smell noble. Faint nuttiness in nose, but no real malt. Light cracker and sweet bready malt flavors mix with lower, grassy hops. I’d like more hops in a DIPA. Medium to thick body surprises compared to the light appearance. Medium carbonation. Moderate alcohol presence and lower than expected hops bitterness.

On tap at the brewery. Orange in color and clear. Smell is dank and piney hops. Taste is citrus and resinous hops up front, and the bitter hangs in a while. Plenty of malt sweetness at the end to balance. It avoids being a malt bomb with all that hop lingering. This really is an aggressively hopped beer. I like it quite a bit

By far the brewery's best offering, this has a green hue consistent with its name. Smell is a gorgeous bouquet of citrus, tangerine, pine, berries, pure hop heaven. The taste is similar with what seems like Citra making the strongest note along with possibly Mosaic providing an ephemeral melon and berry note. All the hops are balanced by a measured sweet malty bread that stays in the background balancing out the beer. Top notch DIPA. Need to see if they do growler fills.

Draft at the brewery. Smells of sweet malts, floral, citrus and some pine spice. Tastes of sweet malts, barley, caramel, floral, tangerine and pine spice. Medium/full body, caramel malt, floral and hop resin aftertaste.
