On tap via firkin (Fallen Angel with pink peppercorns) 6/14/12 @ Midnight Sun

A: Golden with vicious effervescence and a just off-white head.

S: Richly bretty in the premature essence of a vibrant saison. Smells earthly, funky, goopy, and bready, while being most prominently alive.

T: All the qualities of fresh fallen angel in it's tenacious levity with a more apparent champagne effervescence and a sharp sweet but strinkingly stabbing tart and assertiveness.

M: Evenly effervescent. Of brett but more like champagne.

O: Awesome beer, love it way more than regular fallen angel. Would love for it to be reproduced large scale.
