Came here with my wife during a recent trip to Brussels and Munich.

Tried the following:
Brasserie Dupont Monk's Stout (bottle)
3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek (bottle)

The Oude Kriek was mind-blowing while the Monk’s Stout was quite tasty. Well-rounded bottle menu with a wide range of Belgian beers on offer and lots of different lambics available.

Had a ham and cheese omelet with toast to eat; it was exquisite.

Classic brown café atmosphere. They had the place decorated for Halloween on our visit, which added some extra charm.

Service was fair as our food and drinks came to the table in decent time.

Our overall experience was enjoyable, and we would likely come back.

Antique brown cafe interior, well worn wood, mirrors, lamps, old signs and knick-knacks all around. The patio is very nice, and right off the Marolles market at Jeu de Balle. Great people watching, and you might get a strolling accordion player like we did.

Beer selection was good, solid lambic selection, though a bit pricey. Hanssens, Girardin, Tilquin, Cantillon, Drie Fonteinen.
They were out of De Koninck Gueuze & Kriek when ordered. Good amount of trappists and other various styles.

Overall a nice spot to hang out before Restobieres opens at noon, or afterwards. The market is worth a look too, and Spek & Boonen down the street is great for cheese & charcuterie.
