Our group stopped here to try their beers. The brewery is located in a light-industrial building in a like neighborhood. Parking is on-street only from what I saw. There are a number of tables/chairs along the sidewalk at the side of the building as well as a screened patio space. The interior has an industrial look, but partitions and racks of barrels screen off seeing all but the brewing equipment. I liked the vibe. The bar is straight ahead after entering, and beer is ordered there. A large amount of seating and standing bars are available. The place was busy on a Saturday afternoon but there was minimal waiting for ordering. Many people were ordering flights which cause service to slow down in most places, but not here. So service earns a 4.0.
There were 25 beers on tap plus one seltzer. We ordered a flight of 7 beers to try to get an overall evaluation of their offerings. (All were served in tulip snifters.) All of them were brewed well to style, and several were notable – Vanilla Bean Sour; Aloha Super Sour; and Rainbow Parfait Sour. The Maiden & Priest German Black Lager was also very good.
There were two wines and several flavored soft drinks also available. There is no food served and I didn't see any info about food trucks, etc. but this place is a very worthy visit.

Accommodating taproom with plenty of indoor, patio and street side tables. Wide and varied selection of interesting and well made brews (leaning hazy IPA and sour), helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a tight but tasty selection of food.

Stopped in for some crowlers when I visited in the area. VERY friendly, very open to tasters (especially since they knew we were buying to go) and overall very good beer. Recommended.

This is the place that got me back into beer after a long hiatus. They have great quality of flavors and generous pours for their beer flights. The galaxy juice blew me away and I like their pre-order options for cans. Enjoy!

Nice local spot to grab a beer on weekday afternoon. Good selection with indoor and outdoor seating. I expect parking could be a problem when busy. Will be back.

Finally got a chance to check them out on a Saturday night. Plenty of tasty options on the board ranging from light to dark, with plenty of their famous hazy hoppy brews to choose from. It might take a couple of minutes to order because their popularity means there is almost always a line of some size at the bar, but it's worth the wait. There are plenty of seating options both inside and outside to relax with the beverage of your choice, and you can always get crowler to go. I will be back.

Went here a couple hears back when they were new. Fun place with lots of seating. The server went above and beyond offering me sample after sample until I found something I liked. Great service and informative employees. They really know their stuff!

I love fieldwork and honestly was just making a trip out to the Berkeley skatepark.. and its right next door!! Did a few backflips in the bowl then went and quenched my thirst with a Party Cove sour ale. Great vibe, just wish they had some more bartenders. Only one line for drinks, but other than that it was great.

Great place to just hang out. Nice patio for Le to bring my dog. Always a lot of options on tap with varying styles. Great grilled cheese and pickled vegetables!

Selection is always solid. Even if the quantity of beers isn't as high as other breweries, the quality is always there. Plus, I love breweries that switch out beers all the time... it makes for an exciting and new experience each time you come in. Try the Sours and Goses, as those are always my favorite and quickest to go!

A large warehouse brewery space, split roughly half and half with seating/brewing. Fieldwork beers are, on average, very good. But among those are some truly top-both selections. They offer a wide variety of beers from light lagers to black stouts, usually 2 or 3 IPAs and lots in between. They are constantly rotating in new beers as well.
I only rated the vibe at 3.5 because Fieldwork in so popular, the place is often very crowded with long lines and standing room only. But it's a testament to the quality that they are so popular.

A nice brewery, helpful staff at the bar, and a selection of beers that is almost always very high quality. Occasionally there's one or two overly ambitious attempts at variety, but that's to be forgiven. Dog friendly!
Eat before you get there. They've got food, but it's pretty pedestrian.

Great place, the vibe was was good, the people were nice. Service was a little slow but it was crazy busy so it's. I worries. And their beers were awesome. Some great IPA's for sure.
