A crowler with no date purchased at Mr. B's in Denver on 10/02/16. I was told by the sales person it was just put on the shelf. Pouring in a 13oz. snifter/tulip for the review.
Look- Pours a cloudy orange juice color with two fingers of creamy white foam. It slowly settles leaving thick lacing in it's wake.
Smell- Grapefruit, orange zest, floral, a little pine and spice.
Taste- Juicy grapefruit, orange zest, floral esters and a rye-like spice.
Feel- Creamy and resiny with a slick finish.
Overall- A nod towards the hazy and juicy east coast style IPA. The palate pleasing thick and creamy feel make it one tasty easy drinking beer that is worth checking out.

I've had almost every IPA I've wanted to try at this point in my life. Colorado has not seen an IPA like this yet. Brewed in the "NE style" and they nailed it. Hazy Orange/Grapefruit bomb. Creamy mouthfeel. Belongs up there with the like of Trillium & TH.

This beer thanks to Kramerbarthomer!!. This is truly a New England Style IPA with the haze and aggressive hop aroma & flavor. I have had most New England IPAs and this one fits right in. It does not quite have the body of Tree House or Trillium but it is really close. The flavor is truly like smelling and tasting Tropicana OJ. It has more OJ notes than Julius. The world has to know about this beer.

Thank you Franfab for this
16 oz can, dated 9/19/19, poured into a teku
A- A hazy golden orange with a two finger white head.
S- Juicy, citrus, oranges, mangoes, tropical fruits, stone fruits, slightly earthy.
T- Citrus, oranges, tropical fruits, some melons, touch of stone fruits, earthy finish, slightly bitter.
M- Smooth, medium body.
O- A very nice NEIPA, easy to drink. One of the better uses of el dorado hops in a NEIPA.

In honor of beer day, I will give this fine looking brew a try. Dull golden, hazy with a decent sized head, this does look nice. Citra is most prominent on the nose, wow an orange juice like scent for sure. Just what I needed, juicy and sweet with a slight bitter follow through, yum! Decent enough carbonation and a slightly creamy feel round out this winner. Nothing earth shattering in any one category but quite a solid brew.

Pours a completely hazed multifruit juice orange color, with a big, fluffy head.
Smells of a floral, luscious fruitiness, of oranges entangled into a hint of papaya and peach, which gets topped off by a whiff of lemon peel. The aromas create a heavenly blend of exotic fruits, tied together by a dank water melon quality, creating a beautiful nose.
Drinks very smooth and refreshing, with a medium carbonation caressing the tongue. Soft till the finish, with a nice squeeze of lemon blending into the soft carbonation, making this awesomely great for warm weather.
Tastes of mellow, wet grass coated orange pulp, with peach and lemon amping up the dominant fruitiness. More lemon becomes apparent before the swallow, gently soothed by the creamy mouthfeel, featuring a juicy orange flavor till the end. Fruits blend into a part white bread dough, part toffee malt foundation, which adds to their juicy appearance. Finishes with a nice lemony dry note, while the fruits remain on the palate till the end.
Fantastic, fruity, juicy IPA reminding me a lot of Julius with just a tad more lemon zing during the finish, while producing the same world class mouthfeel and fruitiness.

Can dated 02/19/20 (10 days old) into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
L: Pours moderately hazy orange golden with two fingers of medium-density white frothy head with good retention and left mixed ringed/spotted lacing.
S: Pleasant tropical nose, berries, tangerine, pineapple, and guava. Underlying floral and subtle dank attributes gain intensity as it warms.
T: Follows the nose but with more citrus prominence, and not quite as dynamic. Finishes with mild bitterness and moderate acidity, acidity lingers on the palate.
F: Low-medium bodied with moderate carbonation, tongue tingles from the acidity, full on the tongue and swallow.
O: Super solid brew that could be world-class for my palate and preferences if the taste was more dynamic, less acidity, and fluffier feel. But it's still a great brew, and excited to see their cans in Norcal.

Weldwerks (sp) does MN. Well, what the hell. 16 oz. can.
Less hazy, more cloudy, with a predictable wash of citrus & tropical notes coming off the surface.
Juicy Bits of what? Perhaps oranges. Perhaps grapefruit. Perhaps mango. Perhaps Ecuador. Perhaps a lot of raw cane sugar. Thankfully, there is a bit of bitterness mid-palate to keep this from going into sugar overdose territory. Thick. Half the can went to my wife, so that worked for me.
Not as sickeningly sweet as this genre is becoming, with some nice balance. Pretty good brew.

Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Very hazy tangerine juice with 1-finger of off-white frothy head with decent retention and solid lacing.
S: Pineapple, guava, tangerine, and lemongrass herbal hop notes are strongest in a very complex fruity hop nose.
T: Flavor is a bit more edgy aggressively hoppy with more herbal and a slight vegetative bite and bitterness which I like. The fruit notes meet the hype with tangerine, peach, orange, pineapple, and guava with some more herbal lemongrass in the background. Medium bitterness with big fruity esters.
M: Soft and juice-like with medium body and low carbonation.
O: Lives up the reputation - great hazy NEIPA in all areas. Very tough to beat the balance of intensity, softness, and complexity.

2-week old can poured into a Teku glass.
Attractive yellow-orange body with a very nice, opaque (but not chalky or turbid) haze. One finger of bright white head that collapsed pretty quickly but left some really wonderful lacing rings down the glass.
Aromas are somewhat mild (too cold?), but there's a solid dankness there. Sweet citrus juice, lots of wet grass, maybe a touch of pine sap, and very biscuity. Definitely a little greeness on the nose. I will say, as this beer warms up the sweetness and citrus juiciness really start to pop in a positive way (though the other notes don't change dramatically). Adds a little more "wow" to the aroma profile.
Wonderful sweet note up front, followed by some grapefruit pith, berries, lemon tartness, granola, and lemongrass. Little bit of green astringency and a fairly dry finish. No traces of alcohol. Again, a somewhat mild overall flavor profile, but solid and very drinkable. Amazing burp aftertaste.
Feel is silky smooth and a little more substantial than the look would suggest. Really, really nice combination of refreshing and substantive. Perfect level of carbonation.
Solid beer all around, but not exceptional. Comes off (to me) like a very safe, down-the-line NE IPA representation, and is certainly highly drinkable. Would have loved to see them add a strong personality note somewhere on the nose or tongue to take it up a notch off a very solid base beer.
