Cloudy, dirty gold color. Modest head. Some streaks on the glass after each sip.
Muted aromas of dry malts and floral hops. The smell is so soft I couldn't find any subtleties to note.
The flavor is much stronger than the smell. The start is mellow with a basic pale malt. It slowly becomes more spicy and bitter. I get pine and grapefruit in the swallow. Light alcohol. The body and carbonation levels are as expected for the style. The finish is fruity and juicy. Long, but soft aftertaste.

Appearance: hazy pollen yellow with a bit of “chalk” off-coloring. The head is an off-white ¼ finger with fair retention.
Aroma: fresh sticky lupulin, pineapple and jalepeno-like spiciness. The hops smell super fresh (beer was canned 6 wks prior).
Flavor: light malt with a heavy dose of fruity hops but not “juicy.” Pineapple and papaya, yet not tropical and fresh grass. The hops taste very fresh.
Mouthfeel: light-medium. You could drink several of these. Near perfect for style.
Overall: Damn solid. Item Box is one of WW’s better beers.
