Tan head. Black color.

Lots of cinnamon. Wish it had more hot peppers. Cocoa, chocolate, and fudge. The barrels don’t show as much here as compared to other medianoche beers. Still has a warmning bourbon kick in the finish. Really solid.

Not overly dense, but put together well. Mexi stout flavors are layered and incorporated well, with nothing overly front-and-center. Cinnamon shows well and dark fruit pucker finishes off the beer.

On-draught at Weldwerks:

Quite warm boozewise. Complicated instead of complex.

Syrupy, viscous, thick, unrefreshing.

I don't get it.
