Canned 2 weeks ago.
Pours murky purple-pink with minimal head.
The nose is blackberry, blueberry, and vanilla icing. Rich and enticing.
The taste is less sweet, with a tart punch. Like mixed berry yogurt with the lactic tartness and vanilla playing off the blackberry. Very clean and balanced. It takes on an almost melted ice pop character later into the pint, but the tartness undercuts it and keeps it tame. The one thing missing is graham cracker. It's subtle at best.
The mouthfeel is a typical medium dessert sour. Refreshing yet substantial.
Overall, very nice. About equal to the Key Lime version although that displayed a tad more graham cracker to my memory. Another spot-on pastry beer from WW.

16 oz can, dated 9/12/18. Pours murky dark pink red with a medium creamy light pink head that goes to a thinner film that leaves little lacing.
The aroma is sweet citric fruity vanilla with a lactic sourness.
The flavor is sweet sugary fruits with a tart sour finish. The mouthfeel is a bit thin and watery.
Overall, an interesting sour.

Canned 9/12/18.
L: As far as color goes, one of the prettiest brews I've seen. Deep pink/ light ruby red in color. Not much of a head formation but there is some lacing left on the glass. Gotta admit, I am sucker for color like this. It's perfectly opaque.
S: Not much when it was fresh from the fridge, but started to develop better as it warms. The blackberry is evident, giving a fruit tartness to the smell. Vanilla is also present, which I really love. The graham cracker comes out more as it warms, but isn't as strong as blackberry or vanilla. Semi-sweet smelling but not overly sweet. Smells pretty damn good.
T: Follows the nose, and not disappointing. Blackberry tartness is upfront, which is intermingled with the vanilla flavoring. On the finish, I pick up on lactose sweetness, but also the vanilla seems to linger. The interesting part is the graham cracker, which really seems to linger. All flavors are detectible, and its awesome.
F: Medium in body and in weight. Perfect consistency with carbonation not being overly high. Very enjoyable.
O: This beer rocks. Can't say I've had anything like it. All the flavors work very well together. Weldwerks did an outstanding job with this one. I am very grateful to have tried. Cheers!
