Notes: An Imperial Milk Stout, Fudgy Grahams is brewed with ridiculous amounts of chocolate fudge, milk chocolate and milk sugar as well as over 70lbs of Keebler Deluxe Grahams.

The rich, velvety mouthfeel we've achieved rivals some of our barrel-aged stouts and it's just packed to the brim with fudgy, graham cracker-y goodness.

Appearance - The beer poured a deep murky black color with an almost reddish-tan colored head.

Smell - The nose had a fruity sweetness that I would associate with the marshmallow.

Taste - The profile had so much much sweet chocolate. It was like a cake shake. The profile did become a bit cloying. I grateful that I split the can with somebody. I was able to detect a touch of graham crackers toward the finish.

Mouthfeel - The beer was like drinking a cake shake.

Overall - I love beers like this, but can only do so much of them.

Aggressive pour yielded a 2 finger plus dense head that left a ring around the edge and a small island in the middle, some lacing.

Smell is chocolate fudge, graham cracker, vanilla, cinnamon and some coffee.

Taste follows the nose, sweet but not cloying chocolate fudge, vanilla cream, cinnamon, marshmallow and a touch of coffee.

Thick and sticky feel that leaves a velvet coating as it finishes.

Overall really good! More than I expected and glad I had the chance.

I was expecting big things from this beer based on this amazing brewery - and boy this one didn't disappoint. Huge flavors and an outstanding, tough-to-beat mouthfeel. 4/8/20 date printed on can. Pours a thick jet black opaque color with some tan head and small rings of lingering lacing that slowly faded. Huge aromas of deep dark chocolate and roast coffee, caramel, malt, vanilla, roasted nuts, bread, a little toffee. Taste follows the nose, amazing balance and richness. Depth was incredible and the higher ABV was fairly well hidden - this beer didn't have to necessarily be sipped super slowly. Mouthfeel was outstanding, almost a perfect 5 rating - thick, luscious, chewy, really one to be savored. Perfect amount of carbonation retention. Just an incredible beer.

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a half finger high mocha head that left a narrow collar around the edge fo the glass after it settled down.
S: Moderate aromas of milk sugar are present in the nose along with notes of milk chocolate.
T: The taste follows the smell and is a bit sweet from the milk sugar with flavors of lactose and notes of chocolate fudge.
M: The taste is silky smooth on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This stout makes for a nice dessert beer and does a rather good job at hiding all of the alcohol from the taste.

Can. Tan head. Black color.

Pastry stout. Smooth and creamy. Chocolate, fudge, caramel, graham crackers. Medium to full bodied. Very flavorful. I enjoyed this one a lot.
