Very Good
Notes: A grade-school lunch favorite combined with a Berliner Weisse! Brewed with peanut flour, strawberry puree and milk sugar.

Pours cloudy red with a white head.

The nose is peanut butter, berry jam, and red sour patch kids. Mouth-watering jam and roasty peanut.

The taste opens with roasty, toasty natural peanut butter before sour raspberry. Definitely hits the peanut butter and jelly note with medium lingering tartness to balance the sweetness.

The mouthfeel is medium with light carbonation.

Overall, fun and tasty.

Presentation: 16 oz. can with the canning date printed on the bottom. Served in a Rastal Craft Master Grand.

Appearance: The thin, half finger head disappears almost immediately and leaves behind some lacing in small spots. It's a murky, bright straw color.

Smell: The strongest note on the nose is of salted peanuts, followed by a soft, fruity strawberry scent and a slight hint of grains.

Taste: It starts fruity and only mildly sour with a strong, sugary, strawberry jam flavor. Then it moves towards the earthier peanut taste along with some fresh wheat.

Mouthfeel: It's quite smooth and creamy with a medium body and medium carbonation. It starts getting a bit cloying after a while.

Overall: It has an interesting combination of flavors that works together great. The peanut and strawberry come through really well and the sourness is subtle so it doesn't cover anything up.
