Pours orange with a very thin, white head.
Smells like orange sherbet and vanilla and malt.
Lots of orange and peel, vanilla, sugar and lactose. Malt brings civility to it that is quite enjoyable. Bitterness of candied Citra hops continues enjoyment. Spice in the end, peppery. I really like.
A little thinner than expected.

1200 pds of oranges in this and boy can you taste it...my burps after a sip tasted like oranges. Vanilla is present but more of the alcohol than the bean. Got a bit of malt in the middle and leaves tangerine/lemon on the tongue with almost no bitterness. I think a bit more Julius than CREAMsicle. Definitely on the sweet side but why else would you drink it?

Can stamped 06/13/19.
Thanks Steve.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a nice ruddy pulled orange to murky brown color, fairly opaque with a small quaint eggshell white semi-foamy head. Some lace hung around the glass in a filmy manner.
The aroma had some orange pulp with some grassy bittersweet hops then succulent citrusy bittersweet backing while throttling through some milky sugary clean maltiness, pretty nicely balanced.
The flavor yields to a fine blend of sweet to bitter citrusy hops. Orange pulpy juice is there but balanced. Mellow aftertaste of sweet creamy orange juicy semi-stickiness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with some stickiness showing up, it's not cloying but just noticeable. Carbonation felt good for a milkshake IPA (nice and low). Mostly smooth finish of juicy orange pulp and some grassy hops, light cream.
Overall, again, this brewery is getting it done right, aromas and flavors are superb!
