They just nailed this one. The smell is of REAL strawberries with some creamy cheesecake and a tad bit of graham flour. Taste is mostly the same...mostly strawberry but a clear cheesecake and crust flavor in the background. Not specifically sweet - the berries (bit sour) balance with the sweeter cream and crust.
Even non-beer drinkers thought this was out-of-the-park. I would definitely buy more and share with others. Simply overwhelmed.

Holy crap, this is quite a remarkable berliner! If you are a fan of strawberry cheesecake, you will not be disappointed. Right off the bat, the smell of sweet cheesy strawberry hits you. All of this comes through on the taste as well. Just the perfect level of lightly sweet and slightly tart strawberry flavor and a beautiful cheesiness that takes the whole thing over the top. Certainly one of the most (if not THE most) interesting and satisfying berliners I've had. Try it for dessert!

Taster at PastryTown 2020
This was a pleasant surprise. A nice, light strawberry flavor with a touch of cheesecake all wrapped up in a light Berliner Weiss. I drank a couple of these. Would love to get a few 4-packs of this one.

Drank from a 1 pint/16 fl. oz. can purchased at Fort Point Market, Boston, MA

Served in a Rastal Harmony stemless beer glass
A thin, bubbly, bright white cap of froth topped the pinkish-tinged, light amber body. Tiny dots of lacing trickled along the glass initially but they soon disappeared.
The aroma was really crazy. Super punchy and sweet with potent vanilla notes. Loads of strawberry too. The strawberry came across as very candy-like and a bit artificial however. Some crisp, tart wheatiness was noticeable as well. Touch of citrus-like acidity.
The flavor profile also featured many of the same qualities as the nose, but the adjuncts served more as accents here rather than the stars of the show. Lots of strawberry up front. Tart and moderately sweet. Vanilla was also noticeable. Wheaty notes came through in the center. Moderately sour and acidic. More strawberry, vanilla and lingering lemony tartness on the back end and the finish.
Somewhat spritzy mouthfeel. Medium bodied for the style. The liquid contained a fine, fairly aggressive carbonation that frothed up as the beer moved along the palate.
Strawberry Cheesecake Berliner might be the first “pastry“ Berliner Weisse I have tried, and it definitely lived up to its name. This struck me as more of a beer-soda hybrid than a flavored Berliner, but I still dug it. I could imagine this being particularly enjoyable on a hot summer day.

Actually quite tasty. The Berliner style certainly works as a good foundation for these fruit-heavy beers with minimal acidity. Doesn't really taste like beer as much as an alcoholic soda -- reminded me a bit of J Wakefield's Miami Madness
