A: Dark orange, Auburn color, 1/2 in off white head, good lacing
S: Floral, tropical hops
T: I get the floral hops but a nice amount of malty sweetness comes in to balance. A bit of earthiness at end of taste.
M: Medium
O: A decent beer, that earthiness at end kind of throws me off. Other than that a good beer.

Poured from a freshness dated (not sure if the date is "canned on" or a "drink by" date) 12 oz. can: clear and bright golden hue with a quickly fading, foamy white head.

Upon opening the can, my olfactory was greeted by an explosion of fresh, tropical fruit aromas.

This quite the refreshing pale ale with strong, bittersweet tropical fruit flavors dominant. There are hints of mango, faint grapefruit and marmalade on the palate as well as just enough malt to keep everything in balance.

After trying this brewery's attempt at a pilsner, I was concerned this would also be a little disappointing. Quite the contrary, this the perfect ale for the warm weather and the beach down here in Florida.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of citrus, pine and toasted caramel. Sweet citrus and caramel with a piney bitter hop.

Had from can dated (?), Sprayberry BS, Dec 2018

Very nice edition to the IH lineup; an easy drinking, highly quaffable APA

Lots of melon and citrus fruit, a bit of perfumy sweetness, but not off-putting; kind of a poor man's Tropicalia, but not that poor.
