Pours cloudy strawberry/raspberry color with a 1-2 finger thick pink foamy head that faded slowly and left minimal spotty lacing.

Smells of tart green apple, raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb, red wine, brett, funky yeast, lots of fruit like a fruit salad, barnyard funk, musty notes and a lot of earthy/oaky notes. Incredibly complex and nice to inhale.

Like the nose the flavor is full of fruit and then tart, bitter, funky and sweet all at the same time. The additions of pear, light grapefruit, cherries and white grapes bring out even more depth to go along with the green apple, raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb, red wine, brett, funky yeast, roasted grains, wet horse hair and earthy flavors like sipping white mixed with light oaky notes. Subtle, funky, very fruity and extremely complex, this is a fine sipping brew that was refreshing and very enjoyable.

Pours a deep red coloration with a small, fizzy, pink head. Smells wonderfully of tart, ripe cherries and hints of estery spice. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by a rich flavor of fresh, ripe, tart red cherries with hints of citrus, oak, and spice. Finishes with a medium sourness and a bit of acidity coming through in the aftertaste. Light/medium body with medium/lively carbonation. I've had this quite fresh (6 weeks from bottling) and I feel that this really comes through in a very fresh and fruity, almost juicy cherry aroma and flavor. However, on the other hand, there really isn't that much complexity to this. Still, a great balance of sourness and sweetness, with a very rich fruity character. Mouthfeel/body could be better though.

Bought this July 2017 in Paris and have kept it cool and dark.

Uncorked fragrant and effervescent. Poured into a chalice. Beautiful ruby brown with a nice pinch head and great curtain lacing. Pleasant fragrance of berries and cherry. Taste includes raspberries, strawberry, and dark cherries. Comforting spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Sourness increases with warming, but it is never overly pronounced.

This is my 1,000 beer review and I wanted it to be a special beer.

From Saveur Biere. In Teku glass. Playing Khimera, then Life is Strange Before the Storm. Must be the only one who cant appreciate cantillon, but couldnt stand its excessive acidness and took ages to finish. Didnt taste much fruit
