On cask at Moeder Lambic in Brussels.

This is basically a less sour version of Gambrinus or Lou Pepe Framboise.

Pours a deep red, with some soapy foam.

Smell is very crisp, with raspberries and lime carrying the load.

Taste is nicely tart, with huge raspberry flavors, and a little hint of lime. Very balanced, could drink this all day.

Mouthfeel is thin and pretty low on carbonation, since it on cask.

Overall, sort of a session sour, if such a thing exists. Refreshing as hell!

On cask at Moeder Lambic. I wasn't sure if this was Rose de Gambrinus but I ordered anyway and was so happy. This is so much better than RDG. Dark red, almost purple. Super fruity aroma. Flavor is jam, raspberry, mild Lambic funk, not very sour at all. Delicious enough to make me return to Moeder Lambic tomorrow.

Always a treat to have this one at moeder central.

Big fluffy pink head. Vibrant ruby raspberry color.

Fresh raspberries with a nice tartness. Some funk shows through, but mainly fruit and a bit of oak. Raspberry seeds as well.

Soft feel, especially due to it being cask.

A nice treat that you have to try if you visit moeder.
