Light copper-gold with some fruit juice-like bubbles ringing the edges but that's about it.
There is a funky stink to this one, an acetic pinch to the nose, with toast and peach.
Taste is Kalamata olive, barnyard funk, vanilla, pie crust, and again, as with the other special, unnamed lambic, feel is light and watery. Very unusual.
