Reviewed from notes. Poured from a 375 mL bottle into a Peg's snifter glass.

A: Pours a hazy peachy pink, with just under a finger's worth of white head that recedes pretty quickly. Good amount of visible carbonation.

S: Funky, tart raspberries and cherries, sour, barnyard, earthy.

T: Berry sweetness, then funky, earthy, barnyard with a surprisingly dry finish.

M: Light body, good carbonation sensation, and very low alcohol presence.

O: Very tasty. Glad I finally got to try it.

Enjoyed on the fourth of July in 110 degree heat. Pours bright red with fine bubbles and a small pink head. Fresh raspberry aroma is very pleasant. Very nice, intensely sour framboise lambic. Sourness dominates initial taste and is almost overpowering at first, but as your palette adjusts the vibrant raspberry flavor comes through. Very tasty and exceptionally refreshing on an extremely hot day.
