Color of straw. Nose of zests, lemon and orange. Taste very similar to nose, zest. Mouth feel is unlike the nose and taste though, thankfully. Good flavor, good nose, head was full of bubbles. Good wheat beer.

a really compelling and definitely underrated crusher here, warm weather or not. its cool that its all organic, and it hit the mark after a long day of travel. so crisp and refreshing, so light and well refined, yet so flavorful compared to the rest of the field in this style. they add lemon and orange, as well as coriander and chamomile, and i think the lemon and chamomile make this stand out as something a little different. there is some drying and mouthwatering acidity from the lemon, and there is a fresh herbal aspect from the chamomile, floral and springy. its almost like a wit without the belgian yeast from the orange and coriander too, just really well rounded, and i can still taste the wheat its built on. the hops are higher than normal too and play well with the added citrus, i almost get that herbal lemon curdy sorachi ace hop thing, but not quite, likely something southern hemisphere, super complimentary and not at all bitter, could be galaxy, i would love to know. high level carbonation and dryness make this infinitely refreshing, there is a nice juicy recall on the swallow, and this ends up more interesting and delicious than i ever anticipated it would be. incredibly appealing drinker here, i could have had ten of them. glad to see these guys doing so well. this is a winner!

Very hazy straw. Citrus, honey, light malt. Flavor is decidedly not-hop-lemony citrus with very grainy, wheaty malt. Hint of yeast. Light and refreshing.

Light copper to dark gold in color. There's a fingernail of dishwater white that goes halfway around the rim. The aroma is of faint citrus and pale wheat. I'm tasting pale wheat with citrus showing halfway through and at the back of the palate. The mouth is light and perhaps a touch thin.

My old neighbor from Oswego gave me a can of this. It poured a hazy yellow with white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had hints of orange peel. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with citrus presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a decent beer.

Pours a golden color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma is lemon and orange. Tastes of wheat with a hint of citrus. Sweet up front with a hint of hoppy bitterness at the end.

A really nice beer not too citrusy but also a nice citrus finish, very clean taste.

16oz can. Poured out a slightly hazy, golden color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of wheat and citrus. Subtle citrusy orange flavor with sweet wheat and a mild bitterness.
