Fantastic. Smells like bubble gum - the kind you used to get out of a pack of baseball cards..."original" flavor. Very healthy bubbly white head. This, like Paulaner's hefe, is to me, the ultimate example of a hefeweizen. Its like a combination of all the perfect qualities of a hefe and a witbier combined. Its light, extremely refreshing, smooth, absolutely flavorful, and has no abrasive qualities that are usually present in american hefeweizen attempts. Anyone with any appreciation of craft beer would have to respect this beer, and it would also be a perfect possible introduction to the world of craft beers.

My absolute favorite beer. Pours beautifully. Looks citrusy. When you swallow you taste banana, when you exhale you taste the bread. Just an impressive brew.

The absolute most perfect beer I think I'll ever come across. It's complete on all sides of the beer making the experience entirely satisfying.

Poured from bottle into a weizen glass. It pour a very light yellow color and turns to a burnt orange color as it settles. There's a couple inches of head on it, but settled to about half an inch. It's been poured for 20 minutes and the carbonation is still extremely heavy. It's extremely cloudy and fluffy in apparence.

The smell is like none other. It's distinct in the best of ways. Banana hits you rights in the nostrils with just the tiniest bit of funk. You can smell the cloudiness in the beer right off the bat. It smells fresh, but dense.

The feel of the beer captures the smell and look exactly. It's smooth in your mouth, full bodied, but not weighing you down.

The taste is blissful. Banana is the initial taste, then settles into a nice spice. I get a slight note of white grape. It's the best.

If you haven't tried this beer m, do it. It changes your life.

The foam was almost white, smooth, foamy, non-lacey and stuck around till the end. The smell had a dominate wheat aroma. The Color was a gorgeous bright honey. The taste - excellent - dominate wheat pils taste with hints of a fruity undertone, yet kind of creamy. Mouthfeel - beautifull goin' down. Drinkability - smooth and complex like most other German beers. I recomment it!
