A: Pours pale golden with a large white head that quickly dissipates into decent lacings.
S: Bready malt with balanced sweetness. Kind of grainy. Bitter hops.
T: Malt and hops in great harmony. The sweetness is held back and the bitterness evolves. Kind of creamy and buttery.
M: Aftertaste is bitter and kind of metallic. It lasts for a long time. Body is medium and carbonation is actually quite rich.
D: Not bad at all. This is one of the best organic beers I've had.

A clear golden beer with small bubbles, a white head that settles rather quickly, leaves some lacing.
The smell is full of herbal "stuff", grass, hay, nettles and some fant honey or nectar presence.
The taste has a pure sugar on fresh bread sweetness, a dash of lemon curd and some lime peel bitterness.
Medium carbonation, a light, but nice, body, small intense bubbles with a smooth texture. A dry finish.
Really quite OK, I tend to have low expectations on organic beers, but might have to reevaluate that.

Brewed under license by Krönleins Bryggerier, Sweden.
The colour is pale gold, the liquid clear. The three finger head is off-white and compact. Some lacing occurs.
The smell is clean and dry with fresh notes of noble hops. Grass and hints of fresh bread.
The taste is very clean and refreshing with fine medium bitter notes of somewhat spicy and flowery hops and a touch of butter. Some quickly passing sweetness. The aftertaste got bitter-spicy hints of dandelions, fresh grass and hints of butter and fresh bread. The finish is clean and medium bitter.
The carbonation is medium to strong, the small bubbles are fresh. The liquid is semi-smooth.
A well crafted German Pilsener. Highly gulpable.
