The colour is cool orange-yellow (10 EBC), the liquid is clear. The three finger head is off-white and airy, it sinks slowly leaving some lacing on the glass.
The strong and fresh smell is very hoppy with citric peels, cucumber, heavy bitterness. Exotic fruits, phenolic yeast and wheat soruness.
The taste is very bitter and dry. Wheat sourness, phenolic saison yeast, citric peels, oily citric peels and some dough. Medium to full body. The aftertaste got more soapy phenols, dry spices and dried fruits. Some perfume. Smooth bitterness. The finish is fruity with notes of fruit-estery candy.
The carbonation is strong, the long-lasting bubbles tickles the tongue. The liquid is somewhat light and dry.
Not much of complexity here, but if you are after a mix of an American IPA and a Belgian Saison: Here you are!
