(AP) The beer has a clear golden yellow color.
The foam is white with medium bubbles coming right.
The foam disappears very slowed, leaving little trace.
(A) The aroma is slightly somewhat malty with a hint of hops.
Aromas of lemon, grapefruit, apricot with some grass.
Some floral runner thin caramel aroma.
(T) The taste surprises right away, you notice immediately that it is a Pilsner with all the classic flavors that come at once, but this will also be a bit more malt and hops forward with fruity flavors.
The flavors of lemon, apricot and grapefruit comes with the gummen and a certain sweetness there.
Apricot is the most prominent and sitting in the furthest and fit cannon in this beer.
But towards the end there will some grass and fresh herbs.
Is a slightly bread and have some stocks still over them.
After a while, my Pilsner probably a bit too hot and when it came out a little muffled perfume notes.
(P) Light to medium full body, with a balanced soft roundness.
Moderate carbonation, some fruit sweetness throughout.
Lovely light marked bitterness towards the end which remained just long.
