The beer has a slightly hazy light yellow color ..
The foam is white with medium bubbles coming up soon.
The foam disappears very slowed, leaving glorious track.
The foam little irritated, foamed up really fast and took a very long time to disappear.
The aroma is a little bit special and surprising.
Here there are lots of spices and herbs that meet one.
Mainly we clove closely followed by ginger.
Then comes the cinnamon, bitter orange, elderberry and a floral scent.
In the background is little malt and yeast.
The taste is very spicy with underlying wheat malt and some malt sweetness.
There is quite a lot of herbs and spices of clove, ginger, cinnamon.
Even little orange tones available.
Ginger make a proper job and lift up the beer.
Some sweetness there, Wheat character is a bit reclusive.
Medium full body, with some sweetness.
Moderate carbonated who was all the time.
A slightly sweet, and packed with herbs and spices.
Fresh and low bitterness.

The colour is cool yellow (5 EBC), the liquid is a bit hazy. The high foam (it even foamed in the can) is compact and white; it sinks down to a thick lid leaving no lacing.
The smell is very sweet with lemon/lime flavours, wheat sourness, phenolic spices, orange juice/peel. Hints of soap and earth, a touch of olive oil.
The taste is sour-sweet with lime/lemonade, sweet citric peels, some spices, orange juice and slowly growing bitterness. Medium body. The aftertaste is quite light with some bitterness, lime, wheat dough and alcohol. The finish is spicy with warming alcohol.
The carbonation is strong and fresh; the long-lived bubbles are fresh. However, the beer gets flat quite quickly making it less refreshing. The liquid is medium smooth and a bit harsh.
A quite sour wibier with quite a lot of alcohol for the strength.
