Light on the palate, yet packed with flavour and European hop aroma, with fruity or citrusy notes.

A- I gave this a hard pour and it didn't really produce much of a head, other than a slightly better than thin foam that quickly dissapears into nothing more than a half ring around the glass. It's clear with a rather nice looking golden color with a very slight orange hue.
S- Fairly mild aromas in general, but I detected some grainly smells, along with some malts, and a bit of clean fruitiness. Not sure if I detect the banana....
T- I really like it! It has a good predominant malty character, however what prevents this from getting full points is the lack of the wheat flavor that I would have expected. There is a very mild hop presence in this beer that isn't really detectable until you get the aftertaste. It does offer some muted citrus flavors of lemon and/or orange, which would be enhanced by a wedge of either I'm sure....as well, there are some soft fruits on the palate, perhaps the banana that is supposed to be here! It is a very clean tasting wheat beer!
M- Nothing much of note here....it is light bodied, but refreshing. There is a fairly high carbonation level in this beer. It seemed creamier when first taking a drink but then thins out on the finish.
D- I first tried this at a local bowling alley and I have to admit, I really enjoyed it so I bought some and continue to like this. It's not as pronounced as an unfiltered wheat beer but I think this is easy to drink, has enough flavor to enjoy over an evening and would especially be great during a hot summer as a staple. I do recommend this and I think Big Rock does a great job on just about all of their products!

Pours a nearly clear translucent yellow, with two fingers of white head. Clearly it has been filtered, unlike most wheat beers, which tend to be cloudy. The nose is dominated by breakfast cereal malt - the wheat makes itself known. There is also a bit of yeasty banana esters, subtle but noticeable. The taste follows the nose, much maltier than your typical wheat beer, but the banana and clove notes are there, as are some gentle citrusy hops. The hops and malt are more prominent than in your typical German Weißbier, but not in a bad way. It goes down smooth, its body on the light side, and quite refreshing. Overall not a bad wheat beer - a bit different from German Weißbier, but not bad at all. Very drinkable and nothing unpleasant.

I bought a can at the beer store in Ontario 473ml at 5%.
Poured a 1finger head into glass.
Wasn't crazy about the smell of this thought it was gonna be very bad
Left a lace as you drink it .
Sour creamy wheat flavors..
Overall average wheat ale with some citrus flavors .
Cheers

It pours with a good head and a nice clear colour, but seems more acid than a lot of wheat ales, and too malty for my liking. The balance of maltiness and hoppiness just didn't seem right.

Appearance is clear and bubbly with a bright yellow color to it, pours with a finger and a half of thin white head that fades rapidly but leaves a bit of a skim on the surface of the glass and leaves lightly clingy, slightly watery lacing.
Aroma is lightly grassy hops with a faint wheat note on the back end.
Very lightly grassy/ hay flavored hop note forward with a ghostly hint of citrus to it. Nice clean and easy drinking with a mildly wheaty malt body with a faint honey sweetness to it. Clean finish with ghostly yeast hints and flat metallic notes in the back end and some faint citrus notes on the aftertaste. Light bodied and easy drinking with a higher then average carbonation to it.
Not bad but a pretty standard pub beer with out a ton of character to it.

A; crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1 finger white head that receded quickly to a thin collar; no lacing;
S: not very aromatic; what's there is banana and clove;
T: even less flavor; grainy with a hint of clove and banana; finish is metallic;
M: light bodied; moderate carbonation; lightly dry finish;
O: I was so excited to see a kristalweizen - oh well;
