Notes:
Cameron’s Lager is pale golden in colour, this European lager is brewed with “noble hops”, the term noble hop refers to traditional varieties that have low bitterness and high aroma that have been grown for hundreds of years. Only the finest two row malted barley is used. Never rushed, this lager is fermented cold and long, to create a crisp, fresh and great for easy drinking occasions.

Clear gold colour. Finger thick head which disappears quickly. No lacing. Aromas include cereals and even a hint of banana pointing to its sweetness. Malt, sweet, grass flavours. Carbonation is elevated. Didn't detect bitterness. Not overly hoppy - if at all. I wouldn't say this is full bodied and does feel hollow. Crisp tasting. Okay overall.

Draft at the hotel bar Mississauga.
Slightly hazy deep golden color with a thin white head. Fruity earthy with a bit of ash and metallic in the mix. Its a little rough.

I brought a can of this back whilst in the Toronto area for work. It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent had hints of biscuit. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink.....very similar to European adjunct lagers. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was decent.

One cannot really expect much from a lager, but this is below expectations. Supposedly it won three gold medals and I can't help but wonder as to how sub-par the competition was.
The nose starts out decent, becoming skunkier while sitting in the glass. The taste is flat and distant. There is absolutly nothing in this beer to cheer for and I can't think of one reason I would go back to it.
As it is, I received a Cameron's variety 4-pack as a gift. This was the first I have tried and now I am kind of worried...

Nothing offensive here, a clean crisp lager that boasts a solid flavour profile of biscuits, toasted grains, and hints of grassy hops. Easily sessionable... A good lawnmower beer.
