This is SUPER good. It figures, since Three Floyds is involved. Really fruity and hoppy in a nice way..not too bitter at all. I probably should rate it higher.

What a fantastic beer. I had no idea these guys even existed until I stumbled into my local liquor store and a rep for the brewery was there. He showcased to me this and two other beers. He let me taste all of them and I ended up getting a 6 pack of this beer. Fantastic. Love the smell, the taste, the feel, everything! Its got a juicy, citrus feel to it. Not overtly bitter at all (to my pallet at least). I got it at Kroger for $12/6 pack but my liquor store was selling them for like $14. So, if you're in the Indiana area, I'd suggest picking this beer up.

Effervescent and light. Wheat beer look/hazy. Not too heavy on the hop notes. Well balanced. Just right. For a guy who is sick and tired of IPAs this one is great!

Color is hazy gold.
Nose is a nice blend of citrusy hops and some pine, on a backdrop of tropical fruits. Taste is pleasurably fruity-hoppy. Love it!
Mouthfeel somewhat light-bodied with velvety bitterness, but all in all, an excellent Hazy/Juicy American IPA, that can bring you sunshine in your glass, on a warm summer day. Just watch the

I'm trying this at Monks Pub in Chicago. It poured a hazy yellow with white head that is a nice ring lace. The scent had hints of citrus peel. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical peel base. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's an excellent beer!

Poured from a 12 oz. can into a Three Floyds pint glass.

Appearance: Pours a hazy amber orange. Moderate amount of bubbles and a solid finger of off white head that settles into a thin patchy layer.

Smell: A juicy and dank hop driven aroma with a scent of citrus and pine. Upfront citrus hop scent of orange peel, grapefruit, mango, melon, and lemon with pineapple. Earthy hop scent of pine resin and grass. Malt hints of caramel, grains, and cracker with yeast. A very nice juicy aroma.

Taste: Like it smells, a very juicy and earthy hop driven taste with notes of citrus and pine. Big juicy citrus hop presence with notes of grapefruit, orange peel, mango, passion fruit, lemon, and melon along with pineapple. Earthy hop notes of pine resin and grass. Backing malt notes of caramel, grains, and cracker along with yeast. A pretty good taste.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Juicy, fairly oily, and drying.

Overall: A really good IPA. Big juicy citrus and pine notes with moderate bitterness and body.

Very pleased. I'm on a hazy IPA kick & this fits the bill for sure. Poured from a can, but I'm gonna look for a tap.

Thick looking, with a golden orange hue; looks almost like watered down orange juice. Bright up front, with the IBU's not showing up until the last second. Then you'll get the pine/citrus hop profile which balances well with the up front brightness.

This is a good IPA that I'd be happy paying top shelf price for if it were available to me regularly.

L: A hazy gold liquid drops into the glass building a slightly frothy 1" white foam cap with fair retention

S: big hop aromas of a wet field, citrus, melon, fruit and a grassy herbal note

T: hits the tongue with layers of juicy fruit flavor with tropical, melon, pineapple, and citrus supported by a moderate malt backbone of primarily biscuit flavors

F: exceptionally creamy with a medium body and carbonation

O: an enjoyable, big flavored beer with an assertive bitterness mellowed by moderate malt and rich hop flavors

l-Hazy oak color...

S-Big time citrus bomb on the aroma.....oranges, tangerines, bright grapefruit...also some tropical notes of papaya and mango....and lesser notes of peaches and apricots..curious how this will taste so onto my fist sip...

T-Drinks clean and with a lot of citrus again...oranges up front....tangerines as well....a little pink grapefruit....notes of pineapple and peaches as well but subtle...

F-Medium to full bodied but clean drinking and easy drinking despite its ABV weight.

O-Excellent beer. Nothing over the top but just a lot of great flavors without a ton of bitterness and NO catty onion/garlic notes.

A-Bright yet hazy yellow with a nice pronounced head that lingers
S-Fruit and sweet candy upfront aroma with a layer of dank and citrus hop character underneath
M-Medium body with a fullness that is nice, carbonation is medium high and lends a peppery effervescence on the tongue
T-Really well balanced bitter-sweet level with a crisp finish that is pleasant. There is a spice that remains around the gums in an aftertaste type of way
O-Great beer, nuff said, go try it!
