Made with seven hop varieties, this deep copper-orange IPA is loaded with juicy hop notes of pine, lemon zest, and a layer of pink grapefruit and a strong foundation of toasted caramel malts underneath it all give this beer a complexity that's unparalleled.

Poured into a pint glass. Clear bronze color, with a decent white head, a bit of lacing. Not a ton of head retention, but it still left a decent ring.
Aroma.... um, where is the aroma? It actually smells a little bit malty, not nearly as hoppy an aroma as I would've thought. Kinda doesn't smell like anything.
The taste... actually very surprising. I was expecting to be bombarded with hops (judging by the name, and the description that lists all the different types of hops used in this beer), but really it was fairly balanced. Perhaps too balanced for an IPA? Nah. Definitely didn't have much of that citrus character that I read about in its description. A little bit of hop bite is present, a little bit of bitter pinelike flavor, but plenty of pale malt presence too. It's almost lagery, and slightly sweet. Don't get me wrong though, it does have a punchy bitterness. I actually really enjoyed the taste, but couldn't give it as many points as I wanted to due to its not meeting the description.
Mouthfeel is pretty nice, has that little bit of a bitter sting as would be expected. Well-carbonated, but it does have a little bit of a syrupy sticky mouthfeel, which is pleasant.
This beer is fairly drinkable, as its supposed ultra-hoppiness and bitterness is unexpectedly balanced by a slightly sweet malt character. Go ahead and pick it up if you wanna put back a few, but don't expect it to be quite as hopped up as they say it is.
Whatever, I'm looking forward to finishing the six pack.

Darker than average color for an ipa, this had an auburn and light brown appearance. Big almost 2" head. Aroma was very woody and not hoppy. Seems all bittering hops up in here.
Taste was a big time caramel malt impression. Substantially bitter and mild alcohol warmth. I think some Simcoe came through, but really, for something named hops infusion, this was a muddled typical grapefruit and caramel type of scenario taste wise. Label artwork was rad, I might be boosting the overall score because of it, I dunno.
Any proclaimed complexity is laughable, this is just a big bitter, big crystal malt ipa that has been done thousands of times.
