Appearance: pours a cloudy orange color with a 1/4" head.
Smell: tropical fruit and some hop bitterness comes through to the nose.
Taste: caramel, mango, pineapple, lemon zest, and a hearty bitterness are the main flavors.
Mouthfeel: heavy in body. Lighty crisp to start, smoother at the finish.
Overall: a slower sipping DIPA. Fruit centric and bitterness is more in the background here.

Poured from a bottle into a tulip.
L: Pours a hazy dark golden color. Lots of sediment. Two fingers of creamy white head and respectable lacing.
S: Dank citrus and tropical fruits.
T/F: Strong malt presence... biscuity and thick but this quickly gives way to the dankest hop profile I think I've ever experienced. Lots of citrus notes and tropical fruits... grapefruit, papaya, and hints of mango. Slightly floral, but again... super dank. Oily and resinous on the mouth... good carbonation.
O: Not a favorite Imperial IPA, but a few repeated tastings have given me a better appreciation for this offering. There are so many different things that can be done with hops... and this one is pushing the envelope a bit. Solid effort.

Pours a one finger cream head that fades slowly leaving some lace. Murky amber color. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied. Light floral hop nose, flavor is more hops than caramel malt but is nearly balanced, higher ABV is hidden. $3.99 for a 12oz bottle from Julio's Liquors Westborough, MA.

Sample pour. Beer Summit. Copper color. Nose was very sweet and full of floral hops. Flavor was also quite sweet. Hops were perfumey and floral. Alcoholic finish. Not very impressed.
