I enjoyed this chilled from the bottle in a tulip
color is golden/blonde with thin white head tight beading and spots of lace
smell is faintly caramel and ripe banana pleasant fruity yeast with light spice aroma
the feel is dry yet mineral-esque with a malt presence with hints of oxidative quality and yeast with slight banana and clove element yet light alcohol and mostly dry finish
this is a very good blonde I would drink it again but probably only if on tap or verified fresh

12oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, thin head of white foam. It smelled fruity with notes of bubblegum and caramel. Sweet caramel and fruity flavors.

Poured from a bottle into a tulip.
Pours a nearly clear apricot-gold with a dense but quickly subsiding head. Moderate lacing.
Honey-kissed malts and faint fruit aromas lead the way, especially citrus.
The brew hits the tip of the tongue with restrained caramel malt sweetness. Then a host of mild but tasty flavors arrive. Banana, clove, pear, apple, peach, lemon, white pepper, grass and a touch of good earthy hops,
The brew is medium-light with restrained but welcome carbonation, and good drinkability.
A pleasantly-light BPA, but lacking a little flavor.

Canned 5/03/18
Pours a light fizzy bubbly 1 finger head fades semi quirky, crystal clear with slight sediment golden tan color
Nose starts with raw malts, cereal grains, some sweetness, little honey like, fruity esters too, pome fruits mostly
Taste starts with more cereal grain, toasted raw malts, golden Belgian malts, some grassy floral hops, mild fruity esters again with pome fruits, touch bubblegum, and hint sulfur with the mild spicy phenols. Drier finish, bit more bitterness, not astringent
Mouth is med to lighter bod, low carbonation
Overall not bad, pretty well in style guidelines other than touch of sulfur and low carbonation, hops are a bit aggressive but within style

12 oz bottle poured into Stella Artois chalice/snifter thing.
Hazy gold color with a fluffy head of 1 finger, slight wispy lace on the sides.
Aroma is strikingly similar to my homebrewed NE IPA's, perhaps I should dial back on the hefe yeast a bit. There's some decent orange peel, candy sweetness, and if agitated enough, some banana/banana runt and clove. Some peaches and cream as well.
Flavor is hay, peaches, banana, some metallic elements, and a grainy finish. It's a lot like a lighter cream ale to me. The flavor is lacking, but what's there is entirely crushable and delicious.
Feel is crisp and clean and then it wells up into a creaminess that only a Belgian beer can bring, Crisp finish, slight clinging starchiness.
Overall, a very boring beer, but something that I could easily pick if I wanted to drink for 3 hours straight and have 10 of something. It's basically a great ball park beer.

Pours an off-clear straw, little white head, not much retention, no lace.
Smells like pils malt, bananas, generic phenols.
If you can dig it, it tastes like a helles lager fermented with a Trappist yeast.
Light bodied and fairly effervescent. If nothing else, it's pretty drinkable and refreshing.
Not bad, but there are a lot of better Belgian-style session beers out there.

Sample 12 oz. bottle from the Weyerbacher rep today.
Moderate to vigorous yields a 3/4 inch white head over a slightly hazy to nearly bright, light golden body with no lacing. Definite funk on the nose with some fruit (mostly banana) and spice (mostly clove.) Flavors of their Belgian yeast and spice (pepper) and fruit (bananas.) Good feel and overall a nice little Belgian Pale Ale right here. Cheers!
