Starts off looking impressive. Large bubbled head takes up 2/3 of the glass but it settles quickly leaving nearly no lace and a bit of edge bubbles. The liquid is cloudy, whitish yellow.

Fresh, clean smell of untoasted malt and floral hop spice. Attractive. I also get some coriander, sage and a bit of lavender.

Very sour tasting, definitively a Saison. There's some whither yeastiness in the swallow and the aftertaste is tart. Relatively thin body with an elevated carbonation level. I get a touch of bitterness throughout.

Poured a hazy pale yellow color. Huge white head that settled quickly.
Funky, fruity aroma.
The taste expanded on the aroma. Funk, certainly, but also lemon and melon.
Tart and dry.

Bottle from Bert's
Hazy light yellow with a decent sized bubbly white head that shows great retention. Solid earthy funk with some spicy earthy fruity hops aromas and flavors to counter. Some light band aid phenols are a bit off putting. Not horrible, but could be better.

Thanks to Kyle

Light fizzy head, hazy lemony color.

Nose decent tart, little lemony, musty funk, earthy manure funk, lemony cheesy funk, peachy fruit, green fruit.

Taste tart funky fruit, tart funk, Brett, peachy, little lemony, grassy funk and straw hay farmhouse, bitter grassy hop, lemon rind, stone fruit funk. Finish dry grainy little wheat, Brett funk, mineral notes, straw hay.

Mouth is med to lighter bod, decent but lighter carb, gritty funk.

From the 500 ml. bottle. Sampled on February 1, 2016.

The pour looks like squeezed pineapple juice with a cloudy opaqueness under fizzy white head.

The aroma is of pineapple, grapefruit, lemon zest, toasted Belgian yeast, and champagne. Some spice.

Light, refreshing body.

The taste has a sour and tart feel to it. I am not a fan of this style. I have visited this brewery and they have some wonderful beers there. I'm not sure why their first bottle to the masses would be this one. But to each his own.

Very hazy but not opaque very pale yellow, big fluffy white head.
Aroma is huge Brett funk. Barnyard for days.
Flavor is funky, but more restrained. Decent fruity hop presence.
Light, refreshing mouthfeel. Moderate bitterness. Finishes dry, but not overly so.
Someone on the forums called this baby Dorothy, which I can see. Aroma is a bit funkier, but the flavor profile is very similar. High price, but nice Brett saison.

500 mL bottle. Very hazy yellow. Nice white head. Lots of tropical fruits in the nose. Brett. A little bit of grain. Tastes quite bretty. Earthy and funky. Tropical fruit hops behind it. Grainy finish. Simple and tasty.

love me a good grisette, this is nice. little dry on the finish but good flavors. the Australian dry hop is a but sharp on the flavor but makes for an interesting twist. good beer, not great.

Thanks to Kyle for sharing.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a light hazy straw hue with a thin white head that fades to leave thin wisps.

S - Aromas of brett, super earthy hops. Honestly, almost manure note. Incredibly weird.

T - Taste is similar to the nose, fair amount of brett funk, good lightly fruity hops, very musty and funky.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, rather thin.

O - Overall this beer was rather brett heavy, very unique.

Pours a completely opaque golden yellow color with a huge bubbly white head. Looks like a lemon creamsicle. The head is gone in a hurry and leaves little to no lacing.

The aroma brings more barnyard funk than James Brown playing a set for a bunch of horses. I also get some lemon, and a touch of spiciness from the hops.

The flavor is extremely musty with plenty of earthy, brett notes. The hops are well presented, and give a nice fruity character. Finishes relatively tart.

The feel is light bodied with medium carbonation. A bit lightly carbonated for the style. Has a subtle, dry finish.

Overall, a pretty solid grisette. There's plenty of funk to go around if you enjoy that sort of thing, but the other notes are done relatively well. Could use a little more carbonation and crispness on the finish but still solid all around.

The dry hopping is a nice added touch to this. Big time brett character in this which is the star of the show, beautiful yellow color and pretty well carbed. There's some definite funk in this bottle with lots of lemon.

Runs right in line with Dorothy, fantastic beer.
