Our Interpretation of a turbid mashed, pure culture Lambic (pLambic). Partially aged on oak and entirely aged on a tremendous amount of Sicilian oranges.

Got this because I thought it would taste like a lambic. It does not taste like a lambic. It tastes like a sad sour ale. Honestly very underwhelming..

Poured from a 500ml bottle into a can glass, bottle $7.96 from Yankee Spirits:
Appearance: hazy body with a slim white head that dissipates after thirty seconds or so. Loads of bubbles. Color is basically orange, with a solid amount of haze in there.
Aroma: lots of orange, moderately tart (maybe about a 5 on the 1-10 tart scale......), some mild wood scent.
Taste: really awesome flavor. Again, moderately tart and sour, but with a really soft and subtle orange flesh flavor. Drinks slightly more sour than Foam's "Orange Dot," which really nailed the orange character, but this is really damn good too. There's a touch of that dry, oaky barrel character on the finish.
Feel: crisp in the beginning and end, soft and luscious in the middle. This is a super refreshing beer.
Overall: I think this is my first beer from Deciduous, and it's excellent, especially at only $8 for a sour.

Beautiful bright orange with minimal head. Not unexpected with a beer this sour but have seen better. Very lactic, funky, orange zest. nice complexity. Great beer that I will get next time I see it. something is slightly off that I cant pinpoint
