Pours a clear copper. I was unable to get much of a head out of the pour and the thin lace dissapears almost instantly.
The aroma was a bit hard to detect at first. There was a hint of cooked vegetables in the nose. As I got further into the drink, a light bread aroma became present. Further still, as the drink warmed, some light fruit tones were detected.
The taste was mostly malty, slightly sweet but with a mild hops presence for balance. Furthermore, there was a slight peppery and herbal feel in the back of the tongue. The finish was slightly dry.
The feel was my favorite attribute. Strong carbonation pierces the tongue. Medium to light body. Super clean, smooth and drinkable.

Pours a golden amber in color. Probably should be called more amber than golden. The aroma is sweet, almost sticky sweet, and seems just a bit less inviting than other octoberfests I've had recently.

Sweet and tangy up front, followed by a bready taste that overwhelms the rest of the sip. I also feel this is less than medium bodied, but does have strong carbonation. It's not a bad beer, but in my opinion there are several better octoberfests out there that are more easily accessible.

Poured from the 12 oz. bottle into a stemmed tulip glass.

a: Clear Amber with an inch thick white head which receded quickly to rocky surface foam and dense lacing.

s: Hard light fruit, especially pear.

t; Slightly fruitiness over a medium biscuit malt. Light bitterness provides some balance. Dry finish.

m: Light to moderate, ok body, considerable carbonation tingle.

o: OK for a dinner beer but a bit too lightweight for a good Octoberfest, Not nearly malty enough for me in this style.
