LOOK: Pours a light dull gold witha slight haze and a large all white head that recedes farily quickly to a bare skin with some moderate side glass lace.
AROMA: Wet breads, and a touch of yeast and a little mint. Interesting combo.
TASTE: Taste is toasted malt with some sweet breads that finish with a slightly bitter. It has a creamy mouth feel. This is a solid blond style beer.
I liked it!

Poured from an undated 12-oz can into an attractive goblet we found in our Airbnb kitchen.
Appearance: Light and clear dull yellow with a half-inch white head that lingered and left adequate lacing.
Nose: Light floral
Attack: Hoppier/more bitter than I would expect from a golden ale. There’s a bit of malt sweetness to help balance.
Finish: Loses the malt/hops balance to a bit of an off-tasting bitterness.
Not a sipper to enjoy by itself, but I liked it more paired with lightly-salted mixed nuts, except for the less-enjoyable finish that remained.
I bought a six of this at a convenience store in Gulfport — here this weekend to run the Mississippi Gulf Coast Marathon — and arrived too late to stop in the brewery. Still, wanted to try something local. Am hoping this brewery has some better offerings — will find out later this weekend!

So easy to drink. Malty sweetness with the right amount of corn. Average carbonation on the low side which makes it seem a bit heavy but no. 5.3 abv will sneak up on you because of how easily it goes down. Great example of the style. I'm a fan.

It had a nice white head that fades to a small ring around the glass. The color is a thin straw yellow with visible carbonation. It doesn't have much of a smell but the taste is sweet and creamy. Overall a pleasant drink to have at the end of the day.

A bit of a disappointment. Looks great on draft if a little thin in the head. The taste is really bland when compared to other APAs like Sweetwater 420. Better than water though.

16 oz tap.
Aromas of citrus peel and wheat.
Flavor is much the same with biscuit, citrus, bread, orange, and pine.
Feel is so crisp and clean . Should be a crime.
Great beer, better than my Biloxi Beach blonde I had prior (also good). These beers need higher ratings!
