Wife and I just got back from Orlando this evening. We happened across this place while on the way to a different place to eat - saw it and glad we stopped. They have 60 taps, they even had the Goose Island Bourbon County Stout on tap that was just released yesterday. Good selection and variety of styles from pales, to IPAs, to stouts, to sours and wilds. They have a number of Florida beers, and mark them on the beer list. They also have a good bottle selection. The place is small, but the food is above average. The best is the beer is not served ice cold. I asked about that when first got the glass and noticed it wasn't ice cold. I was told they keep the taps about 42 degrees - I was pleased and let them know.

I expected something almost antiquated, but the Brass Tap is sparkling and trendy. They have everything very streamlined, the menu is succinct but good for soaking up alcohol and their tap list is impressive, featuring a wide variety of craft beers. No, you won't get Cantillon or BA Sexual Chocolate, but they have some solid regional beers know plus your standard Who's Who from all over the country. Very cool outdoor seating that includes couches, TVs for The Game and a spot in the corner that looks tailored for live music, stand-up comedians or public shaming.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and crowded but mostly a laid back vibe. Sat at bar and not only had quick, prompt attention from bartenders when necessary but they had no problems talking and even assisting with beer knowledge. Ordered an appetizer and it was damn good if I don't say. Beer selection, both tap and bottle, is pretty good. Not great only b/c I like to see some imports get on a menu but both Florida and national beers that can be hard to find (at least for me in VA) populate the menu and this is a definite must stop if you're visiting Orlando. That being said, this place is pricey and make sure to ask for prices of bottles. I ordered a bottle that turned out to be $47; some places will tell you that BEFORE they open it b/c they know some people don't care to spend that money on one bottle of beer while other places will tell you AFTER. This place falls into the latter category.

Stopped by on vacation. They were having a Funky Buddha Tap Takeover so the place was really busy. Service was pretty good considering the crowd. Nice setup with inside and outside seating. Would love to stop by the next time we are in Orlando.

it's not a big place, so if they are busy it can get cramped. their tap and bottle list is expansive but not always full of sought after brews. they do tap take overs quite often (when the good stuff is on tap usually.) they offer flights and it's a great place to try a bunch of different stuff. the food is better than i expected...nicely done bar food.
I wish the space was bigger but it works and fits into the neighborhood very well.
