vibe: board games, various seating options (bar, chair & table, lounging couches and chairs, and outside benches with tables), live entertainment spacing, and an industrial-meets-rustic flair. I've seen everyone from potential novelists to the Mayor of CP waltz thru here on meetings and getaways alike. lose Starbucks...they don't serve brews. while this is while not an uncommon sight around ATX, it *is* a breath of fresh air for Cedar Park.

quality: this place has soul. it cares about its people, those who choose to occupy or visit the space, and that has a much-fabled yet rarely truly seen trickle down effect. the brews cast a wide net (more on that later) and as long as you don't hinge your entire "show someone a great lunch spot" experience on having an actual full blown culinary experience, you'll find your expectations in the sweet spot. the few kitchen dishes they do offer are great though. they truly shine as an oasis, however, serving quality coffee, tea, and yes, BREWS.

service: you're unlikely to find a more open, accepting, friendly, or competent crew. have a question? no judgement here. just knowledgeable and understated help. no pushing to this style or that or false piety here. excellent examples and honestly one of the many reasons I come back again and again

selection: they cast a wide net, as I noted previously. being a coffee house, they excel with coffee tinged brews, but they also keep it frantically weird, and refuse a niche - for better or worse. what they do accomplish, however, is made abundantly clear by trusting their in-house talents. various personalities get to shine through the brews, and this place benefits from it greatly. what some places may assess to be a risk, seems to have happened organically here, like a knowing friend nudging someone into the spotlight when they just "know" they're about to rise to the occasion.

food: this establishment puts no weight on its food, and neither should you. get lunch elsewhere, unless you are just looking to graze while enjoying company and a few brews or tea.

I come here occasionally, and it's an oasis of good beer and coffee in that part of town. There is a great selection with a little emphasis on local.

The coffee is very good here too.

The only dings against it are the early close (10PM most nights) and food selection is limited.

Probably the best brewery I visited while in Austin, even though it's outside of Austin. Beer were solid and the guys working were extremely nice. Their IPAs are pretty good, worth seeking out. If you're there at the end of the night, get ready to listen to some bad ass metal! \m/

Nice, good sized coffee house and brewery. Works great for non beer drinkers as I went with two of them. The non beer items are high quality tasting as well. I did a pint of the IPA, and also did the flight. Coffee stout is high quality and nice coffee flavor, I am a coffee fan myself also. Had an awesome selection of drafts from all over, my top choice would have been the Czech Pilsner by Lagunitas Brewing Co, but I wanted to try Redhorn. My favs were the IPA and coffee stout and I typically stay away from that style. Nice, easy going staff there too.
