The colour is dark warm brown (90 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger thick head is beige and compact. It sinks very slowly leaving no lacing.
The smell is smooth with lots of caramel and some charcoal. Fruity notes in the background: Plums, mature cherries and red apples.
The taste is dry and bitter, it is more like a Schwarzbier than a Porter. Some caramel, some chocolate and a touch of black coffee. Mellow notes of cherry jam. Medium body. The aftertaste got hints of salt and liquorice. Very low sweetness. Ripe red berries and fruits, grilled meats and fresh grounded coffee. Some alcohol and charcoal in the finish.
The carbonation is strong, the mid-sized bubbles short-lived. The liquid is light.
The salty flavours grows as I drink more of the beer. Not the most complex porter I have had. Still a drinkable beer.

Grebbestads states that this beer contains real oysters...
A: Pours dark brown with overload of reddish hints. The massive pale brown head is so compact and sets after a long time into decent lacings.
S: Dark, hard roasted malts, semi-sweet with quite some saltyness to it. Strong black coffee and some bitter hops.
T: Rather salt. The dark hard, almost burned roasted malts are somewhat sweet, but the salt dominates. Some bitter hops and some coffee.
M: Aftertaste holds some burned notes. Body is medium while carbonation is mild.
O: Really not my cup of tea (mug of beer?), too much salt.
