Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of pine, citrus and sweet caramel. Nice toasted caramel maltiness with a citrus kick of bitterness.

Poured from 12oz bottle into Seidel Mug. No bottling or freshness date.

L: Pale gold with a light hop haze. Finger width white head has good retention but slowly fades into a thicker layer of bubbles and a big ring.

S: Biscuity Pilsener malts, with some honey, yeast , bread and citrus hops.

T: Follows the nose pretty much exactly. Complex for a pale ale and quite tasty.

F: Crisp light body, semi-dry finish.

O: A good pale ale, better than most but not the best.

Pours a pale orange with a quickly receding white head, leaving some nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine, grass and a hint of mango. Malt and hops are very well balanced. I was pleasantly surprised by this. It is a great summer beer. Thanks to Jerry in Minneapolis for this.

I have always been a fan of great pale ales, and this one is a new addition to the favorites list. Bright, golden amber color. On the hazy side. Creamy, tan head with excellent retention and thick, billowy lacing. Bread like malt, orange zest, and herbal notes make up the aroma. Slighty floral also. The flavor is extremely well balanced with citrus, pine, herbs, and malt. Very smooth. Crisp and refreshing, yet still a hops kick that lingers on the palate in just the right way. Well done!

A: A golden yellow hue, with fuzzy clarity. The head is one finger white, creamy, and rocky with good retention.

N: Citrus, floral, grapefruit, pine, toasted malt, caramel, yeast, and touch of tropical.

T: Citrus, floral, resin, grapefruit, toasted malt, caramel, yeast, tropical, cracker, and some grass.

M: Carbonated, medium body, with a touch of bitterness.

O: This a stellar pale ale, great flavors, a stand out.

Had this at the brewery, it is a clear straw color, aroma is subdued, flavours is clean and crips as a pale ale should be. I enjoyed this quite a bit after a couple of speedway stouts...
