Picked up a single from Quick Stop on 10-1-16.

Beer poured golden with a nice white head on the initial pour.

Nose is yeasty with pale malts being very present.

Taste has hints of citrus laid over a Belgian yeasty malt base with a complement of hops that balances things very well.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied and somewhat refreshing.

Overall this was a very enjoyable beer that i could definitely enjoy again!

Decent starting head but it fades so quickly, there is no lace. Greenish hued gold color. Hazy.

Definitive Belgian yeast aroma and a touch of skunk.

Spritzy and thin-bodied, this beer is true to its Belgian Pale Ale roots. Raw, pale malt starts the taste. Strong yeast bite that becomes particularly notable in the swallow. The hop is straight forward.

12oz bottle
A - thin, foamy white head caps a hazed golden colored ale
S - big orange zest, coriander, wheaty malt, lemon-pepper
T - peppery coriander, zesty orange and lemon, wheat malt, and fruity Belgian yeast esters all blend nicely together
M - medium body, ample carbonation, finishes peppery and zesty
O - pretty good Belgian pale ale with an accentuated orange zest flavor. Glad to try it.

Pours a solid dark yellow but zero head left after a few seconds. Aroma is of yeast and spice, sweet. Flavor follows similarly, pretty nice for relatively low abv. A nice mix of malt and yeast flavors. I don't miss hop bitter in this style, but it's a little on the sweet side. Enjoyable.

I find this a decent but unexciting take on the BPA style. Aromas and flavors are fairly muted. The sample I tasted from a 12 oz bottle had a noble hop flavor that seemed a bit stale or skunked, making it tough for me to pick out any subtle malt and yeast flavors that may have been there.
