I git this bottle in a kind of a trade some weeks ago. I like this style and was very curious how Alesmith makes this one. And i have to say that they did a spendid job!

Poured in a small Duvel tasting glass this beer started perfect. Head and colour like a ipa should show itself, very very nice.

Smell is nice with some pineapple, lemon, grass...just good.

Taste is with the expecteb bitterness but they kept in in the boundaries..

Love this one and would like to get more...

Pours an orange-golden with a big white white head. Aroma is resinous, citrus and its rind, pine, and a slight hit of some bread. Flavor follows suit, finishing nice and dry. Decent amount of bitterness. A crisp, active mouthfeel. Overall, a nice IPA. Glad to see it here in Colorado, will drink again when I see it on tap.

22 oz bomber, bottled 8/22/2013. About 3 weeks old.

A: Copper body with no haze. Soapy head with nice retention and lacing.

S: Tropical fruit from a hop overload, faint hint of caramel malt.

T: Tons of hop flavor without being too bitter. Light malt backbone typical of the style.

M: Great carbonation. Sessionable.

O: An excellent West Coast IPA. Reminds me a little of Lagunitas Sucks and Stone IPA. Which is high praise from me.
